1- SHIPPING POLICY & RATES
All our products are unique pieces and made one at a time, we don’t have mass production and only a strictly small number of the same product will be available around the world. After careful completion of the jewelry under the supervision of our designers, it will usually be shipped out within 15-21 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Delivery will take from 5-10 days, depending on the country. Therefore the overall process might take between 21-30 from the day of the order to the day of the receival. All orders will be shipped via Aramex. An invoice will be included.
We will email you the tracking number (shipping reference) when the product is sent.
Gemowa is not responsible for any additional charges related to the import taxes set by each country’s current legislation.
Contact your country’s Customs Office, for more information about your country’s legislation.
Gemowa will not be responsible if someone else receives your product on your behalf, or steals it during collection, or the provided address is wrong.
In some countries, the import of Gold is prohibited.
Depending on every country, customs fees and duties may apply .
Our flat shipping rate is for 10$ if you have not subscribe to our newsletter, otherwise we have free shipping all over the world whenever you enter the coupon code after subscription to the newsletter.
2-RETURN POLICY
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY:
We have a 30 days return policy, that gives you plenty of time to reconsider your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can return your unique piece without custom engraving, or without customization in its original condition within 30 days of the date of the shipment for a refund.
CHARGES FOR RETURNS
In case of a return, the customer will be charged:
15% charge of the total bill value for handling fees and management.
0-10$ shipping costs for delivering the order as mentioned in the bill, depending in whether the customer has used the free shipping coupon or not.
Example:
If you pay a total of $1000 we will charge:
$1000 – 15% = $850 ( 150$ commission)
$850- $10 = $840 (10$ shipping if not subscribed to the newsletter)
You will be refunded $840 after we receive the order and review its condition. If we do not receive the returned goods or if you fail to send the item, we will not refund the amount.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR RETURN:
To return any order,please follow these steps:
1- CONTACT US: During the 10 days from the date the product was shipped contact us by providing the order number and the reason for your return.
2- PACKAGING YOUR RETURN: Include all the original packaging and collateral materials, and make sure you provide us with a tracking number of the shipment. Ship the product you wish to return to the address given to you by the customer service.
3-PRIVACY POLICY
According to our company policy, our website is well-secured in terms of customer registration information and payment options.

If you want further customization on your piece, feel free to contact us, but bear in mind that after customization, you are not allowed to return the good.
